FLOWs is written by scholars at the Water Governance Department of IHE Delft Institute for Water Education and also hosts contributions by students, alumni, and colleagues, both within and outside IHE Delft, with whom we collaborate.
Opinions expressed in the posts reflect solely the views of the author of the post in question.
We are a multidisciplinary team bridging social sciences (geography, political science, law, anthropology) with water management, engineering and hydrology.
Our approach to water governance underscores the interaction and inter-wovenness of ecological, social and technological systems, the dynamic nature of governance arrangements and processes; and the political dimension of these processes and of the knowledge which uphold and legitimate them.
